Baylor Scott & White, the largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas, hired Ironbelly Studios for a multi-year project to re-imagine the way staff training is conducted.  They wanted to use a virtual learning environment to train nurses and health care staff on procedures.

Baylor Scott & White Health Systems are extremely happy with the finished product, which has increased staff retention by an estimated 30% since being implemented.
